the staff were helpful and friendly.
The buffet became monotonous, almost the same things showed up all the time. the beach vendors were also persistent. Even with the do-not-disturb signal, they frequently approached us. this became annoying after awhile.

the beach is beautiful and well-kept.
the room lacked LIGHTNING, really Annoying. pastry quality was also quite BAD, I would say. the room decor also seemed old, not luxurious as i expected for the money.

a dream come true
respectful staff amazing food
the entire hotel was super clean i believe. rooms felt quite spacious and centrally located to everything. i think the staff was courteous and so kind, they were very good too ensure i had a good time. i loved the food, too.
the resort had an outdated main restaurant and equipment, which i found a little disappointing. the swimming pool was quite small too. also, it wasn't working fully at times.

The outside area is very nice, perfect for a walk in the sun. the beach was sandy and near the rooms. The water was so clear. the coral and fish could be seen from a short distance when snorkeling.

the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious with many varieties for everyone. the hotel had many fresh stations, and they make the food right in front of you. they offered a good balance between western and local meals.

The staff was polite. I appreciated the direct beach access with fine sandy water. The evening music shows were different each night. The outdoor pool was heated, though smaller.
The pastry range in the restaurant was not good enough.
